Participants will learn how to generate a population selection, how to import a selection from their own Excel spreadsheet, how to execute reports using their own Dynamic Selection criteria and how to upload the selection back to the ERP.
This course will walk faculty and instructors through the process of creating and sending out Early Alerts to students at risk in any of your classes. We will do a short re-cap on how to find and access your Class Lists, then show you how to create and format an Early Alert message, include personalized text, pre-formatted text from a global template and also include additional departments or faculties on the Alert email. Administrators should also watch the Early Alerts Admin course - this is a necessary pre-requisite for setting up the Early Alerts feature for your faculty and instructors to use successfully.
This tutorial is designed for all faculty and instructors within FAST Student Reporting. As an Instructor, you will learn how to access the items you need quickly and easily. We will identify short-cuts and then explore the details of the Class List and show you how to produce it, and also how to print it or send an email to your entire class. We will also demonstrate how to access your class grading at the end of each term and upload and submit your grades from an Excel spreadsheet.
This course will demonstrate how to locate and approve student grades that have been submitted at the end of each term. This course will cover the academic department's role in approving the grades before they are sent to the Registrar's Office.
